Receiving An Honor Roll of 3.1 

As of today i received an Honor roll award for finishing my fall semester with a 3.1. Something that i am very happy for myself ,it took lots of effort and time to get to there. This is my first time finishing off a semester with a 3.1. When they called out my name i felt very proud of myself knowing that i'm doing better then what i was doing in freshmen year i feel that improved so much compared to freshmen year. although at times i could get off topic get distracted with my phone but i try my best to keep up with all my work. Although i could get distracted easily  i have to be a responsible person to be better then what i am now. i still have to improve on some subjects but i know i will. 

                 10 Keys To Personal Power 


Key 1: Clarity 
"Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life.  Have a sense of direction and know where you’re going.  If you do not have clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do."


This quote is explaining how if you don't have a mindset ready for what you want you are not doom there are many different things you can do. To be someone to be determine of what you want in life but mostly to have your goals clear. To be positive and try hard. 

Key 2: Competence

"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get." This quote is saying that once you are committed to doing something with out anything getting in the way to finish that commitment you will achieve many things and many opportunities  will come your way because you know to do and  whats important without anything getting in your way. The harder you work for something you want to achieve it will be easy because you have your mindset in ready foe what you want. that will not only help you to over come to what you want o achieve but it will also make you a more responsible person but mostly an independent person putting priorities first before anything that isn't important 

Key 3: Concentration

"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself “Is this the best use of my time?” before you start anything." this quote is saying how we should ask ourselves that if we are really using our time wisely and not just wasting our time when we could be using our time for something better. we also have to stay concentrated with our time learn how to manage it with other things that we are doing. There's many thing that we are doing that sometimes we lose track of time and we don't notice that we are wasting out time on something we don't need. we have to learn how to manage our time with the many things that we are busy with. although at times we get distracted easily that we lose track of time because we are either busy or distracted with doing something else. 

Key 4: Common Sense

• Train your mind
• think things through
• listen to your intuition
• learn from setbacks

What this key is saying is that we all have common sense. like for example we don't saying nothing to just say it it has to make sense with what we got told. point two is to think through on what your about to say or what your about to do you can just do something dumb without common sense we always have to think it through but also listing to you institution may help a lot when you don;t know what to do 

Key 5: Creativity

"Except the fact that every human being is a genius.  The hallmark of creativity is asking questions.  The people who are most creative ask the most questions."  This quote is explaining how many of us are genius but we don't really see it. That when we ask something we have to constantly keep asking questions. To really know what there are saying or to what they are talking about. i think that if you don't understand something you have keep asking questions  to know what they mean or to just get the concept of it. But everyone is truly a genius even when we don't see. we all have our own talent that we are all good at even when we don't see it ourselves with our own eyes. other people may see it when we don't want to see it. 

Key 6: Consideration

"The quality of your relationships with other people will determine your success in life."

"Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator.  Take courses in listening, speaking, etc."

"If you were to learn one new word a day, within 5 years, you’ll be the best educated person in history."

 What this quote is saying is that we all develop certain skills in order to become better in listening being able to communicate with others. this quote is saying that if you develop all skills you are to be successful but also its saying that when you learn something now you are sure to know it later when its needed. Try your very best to do good in all skills and in everything so that way later you know how its going on . 

 Key 7: Consistency

"Dependable, steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."

Be consistent in your relationships, your family, friends, your boss, your work.  Be the person that people can depend upon.  That if you say you’ll do something you do it.."

   This quote is saying to be patient with things people but mostly with yourself. That when you promise to do something to keep up with that promise. You don't want to let anyone down. Being able to have people depend on you when someone else cant is such a good feeling. Being able to know that your helping someone just for a good cause is such a great feeling. 

Key 8: Commitment

"No success is possible without commitment.  The ability to commit yourself whole heartily is the basis of achieving all success."

"Become totally absorbed in your work.  Be totally committed."

This quote is saying how if you aren't committed to what you said you were gone do there will be no success. being able to achieve something knowing that you made it as a committed to be able to achieve it is a good feeling. being able to be yourself and commit to what you said was gone be done it a great opportunity to being able to be successful in life  

Key 9: Courage

"The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life."

This quote is saying that if you are scared of failure you will fail. There is many different ways to failure if you believe that you will fail in life. Some things that you need to set to not fail is to never give up on yourself.that if you believe that you fail try again there is always second chances for those who fail the first time

Key 10: Confidence

"You only get confidence by doing things over and over again ."

This quote is saying how when you repeat your mistakes twice you will learn and gain the confidence that you didn't have at the begging of your mistake. Confidence comes from your gut making sure thayou are 100 percent with what you are doing or who you are trusting. confidence comes in many ways and forms. But mostly comes from how you feel towards something. but once you keeping trying and don't give up your confidence will kick in and in no time you are 100 percent sure in what you are doing. 

Reflection: finally all these keys have taught me to value what i have and what others don't have. To be responsible and honest but mostly to have confidence in what i'm doing. This wont only help me but it will help many out there who don't believe in themselves or think that they want to give up but aren't willing to try. 

                                                       School Break 

For my three week break i didn't do much but to spend quality time with my family although i don't have a big family we gather together for thanksgiving,Christmas and new years. What i enjoyed most was being able to see my family but mostly to spend a good time with them. for thanksgiving we all gather together and ate very good many different variety of foods. But mostly we were all thankful for the food but being together as a whole family celebrating together as one. Family is very important to me.  For Christmas my whole family came over to my house we had a gather together till midnight so the kids were able to open there presents. we had many good time we all sat playing different sorts of games. For New Year whole family waited till 12:00 and  i was just patiently waiting for that one SPECIAL MESSAGE! but other than that we talked all night about what we wanted for the new year what type of changes we were gone do. but mostly to be positive throughout this whole year. Other than that my vacation was pretty fun oh i had my birthday on DECEMBER 23 i just turned 18 woohoooooo yayay i just became a young adult which i am very sad because i'm leaving my childhood behind. but the good part is that may new things opportunities are heading my way. i just hope that this year many great things happen this year to me please let them be blessings
