Business Owner

Duties and Responsibilities: A business owner’s job duties can run the gamut from hiring staff to arranging financing. Specific activities will vary according to the business category, size and industry. Daily job duties might include reviewing sales reports and financials, and comparing them to goals set out in short and long term plans. Owners can then direct activities of sales or production employees to better meet the objectives. In general, business owners are responsible for the growth, stability, direction and daily operation of the business.

Salary: Depends on what type of business.

Education: Although it’s possible to become a business owner without advanced education or training, enrolling in a degree program can provide individuals with the tools for survival and success in a competitive marketplace.

Reflection: I would want to be a business owner because it seems easy but you have to have a lot of patients in your work

Reflection: What this means is that if you follow your dreams and try to achieve your goals you’ll see your future, how it’ll be either good or bad depends on how your actions and decisions you make.

Whenever someone sneezes you say “bless you” or hear someone say these words.

Why? Why are these words spoken?

• It’s used to wish a person blessings in various situations especially as a response to a sneeze and also when parting or writing a valediction.

When? When did this saying originate?

• By the AD 590 as an outbreak of the bubonic plague was reaching Rome.

How? How did this saying originate?

• At the time sneezing was thought to an early symptom of the plague. The blessing became a common effort to halt the disease. Some have offered an explanation suggesting that people once held the folk belief that a person’s soul could be thrown from their body when they sneezed, that sneezing otherwise opened the body to invasion by the devil or evil spirits, or that sneezing was the body’s effort to force out an invading evil presence. In cases, “god bless you or bless you is used as a sort of shield against evil.

Where? Where did this saying originate?

• This happened in Rome during the plague was occurring.

Rachel Castillo returned $36 thousand dollars to it's rightful owner and she thought she would get rewarded with higher power and more than just money. "Easy money is not good money, you know." said Rachel Castillo. She worked at a gold course and she had found a bag and when she went through it and saw more and more money. "Kinda of like stack after stack," she said. I think god was testing her to see how much she believed in doing the right thing and seeing her faith in him and she did the right thing so she will be rewarded sooner or later with things that you cannot buy or have with just money.

Reflection: I think he is trying to say is that you should always do whats right for you not just because  others are doing wrong it don't mean you have to join them.

Duties and Responsibilities: Medical records and health information technicians, commonly referred to as health information technicians, organize and manage health information data. They ensure its quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security in both paper and electric systems.

Reflection: I would not like to become one because it does not seem interesting to me  

                Miles was a little boy and he had found a $20 bill in a parking lot and decided to give it to a solider he saw and wrote him a note saying why he had given him the money and because his dad was also in the army and he was in heaven. This is a boy full with honor because not anybody would do something like that,nd this boy reflected on his dad's personality

Reflection: I would not like to become one because am not into this.

Presidents Day 

Presidents day is George Washington's birthday and it is know or called presidents day because other presidents have the same birthday as George Washington. Today, the February holiday has become well known for being a day which many stores,  Until the late 1980's, corporate businesses generally close on this day, similar to present corporate practices on Memorial Day or Christmas Day. Consequently, some schools, which used to close for a  single day for both Lincoln's and Washington's birthday, now often close for the entire week (beginning with the Monday holiday as a "mid-winter recess". For example, the New York City school district began doing so in the 1990's. Washington's birthday is celebrated alone in Massachusetts  and George Washington's Day in Virginia. Many colleges and universities hold regular classes and operations on Presidents Day.

History of Basketball

1.James Naismith was the inventor of basketball.

2.At a Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) training school in Springfield.

3. The date was December 1891.

4.He needed to pursue his interests of physical education and Christian ministry.

5.He needed a game so could be played in YMCA gyms during winter.

6.When a basket was made, the game was paused while a man with a ladder retrieved the ball.

Tanya was mugged by a 15 year old boys dad and the kid apologized for what had happened and he gave her 250$ back and she accepted the money and she used it by giving it back to the boy so he could have gone to the band trip he wanted to go . I think what the boy did was very generous because he didn't want to be like his dad going to jail and they coming out of jail and then again mugged knew what his dad did was wrong.

Duties and Responsibilities:Veterinarians have a wide variety of career opportunities and deal with all types of animals. Job duties range from cleaning teeth and inspecting hooves to major surgery and animal euthanasia.

Education: Doctor of Veterinary (D.V.M. or V.M.D. ) a baccalaureate degree is usually required for admission into a vet medicine program.

Reflection: I would like to be one because your helping out and also because you get good  pay

Reflection: I would like to become come one because it sounds like a good  job and they pay you really good money.
